Over 17 years’ international executive board experience in the energy, natural resources and manufacturing sectors, in North America.

She was an Associate Partner at Hanson Family Holdings (formerly Hanson Plc) for over 12 years and has been involved with a large number of projects focussing on growth, strategy, turnaround, start-up commercialisation, transformation, investment, and M&A.

She previously held Chief Executive roles in the energy, natural resources, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Sarah studied leadership & management at The Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania and is currently obtaining her MBA from Bradford University School of Management.

Neil has over 25 years experience of growing SME’s as a CFO. During this time he has successfully led, from a finance point view, the establishment of financial strategies, commercial growth, obtaining growth finance, business acquisition and trade and Private Equity financed corporate sales.

Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Chartered Director (IOD), MA Finance & Accounting (Leeds Metropolitan University), BA (Hons) History (Manchester University).

Neil has over 20 years’ experience in the chemical industry with ICI plc, Croda International, Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) and Applied Graphene Materials.

Neil started with ICI in 1995 following completion of his DPhil and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oxford. He is a Chartered Chemist and Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry.

He has held a number of roles both in the UK and overseas; his primary focus has been the scale-up of the production process from laboratory to commercial production, as well as process improvements of existing production assets.

Neil is our CTO and also leads on Overseas Development and HSE.
