Leadership & Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from University of Bradford School of Mgmt.

Alison has over 25 years of international industry and transportation experience including Venator Materials, ARRIVA, Huntsman, and Uniqema (ICI/Croda). In addition to Alison’s international finance experience, she brings significant transformation and change management experience to NPT.

Neil has over 20 years’ experience in the chemical industry with ICI plc, Croda International, Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) and Applied Graphene Materials.

Neil started with ICI in 1995 following completion of his DPhil and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oxford. He is a Chartered Chemist and Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry.

He has held a number of roles both in the UK and overseas; his primary focus has been the scale-up of the REFNOVA process from demonstration to commercial production.
