David Morgan

Chair

David has a career spanning more than thirty years in natural resources, chemicals and technology.

He has held several Chair and Non-Executive Board level roles over the last twelve years at both large scale and growth stage businesses in sectors including fuel cells, catalysts and chemicals, energy support services and battery technology development.

In addition, he has also served on the Boards of organisations including the Royal Mint Limited, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and Conduit Ventures Limited.

John McNeill

Wendy Irvin-Braben

35 years of commercial and contractual experience.

Former Vice President and Global Procurement Office at Cap Gemini SA, managing a spend/contracts of 2.5B euros.

10 years of management consultancy experience – strategy and supply chain.

Chairman of the Board at New International Encounters – an international award-winning theatre and educational company.

Sarah Ellerby

Chief Executive & Director

Over 17 years’ international executive board experience in the energy, natural resources and manufacturing sectors, in North America.

She was an Associate Partner at Hanson Family Holdings (formerly Hanson Plc) for over 12 years and has been involved with a large number of projects focussing on growth, strategy, turnaround, start-up commercialisation, transformation, investment, and M&A.

She previously held Chief Executive roles in the energy, natural resources, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Sarah studied leadership & management at The Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Bradford University School of Management.
